Your New Drawing Tip is Here!
What I Did on My Summer Holidays
Hello,
The summer is almost over and for some of you the school year has already started. I hope each and everyone of you had a great summer holiday.
Because I love to teach art, I spent some of the summer teaching art to children at a summer camp which is a short adult art class on Perspective Drawing and basic art techniques to participants of the Fraser Valley Brain Injury Association. So my summer was a busy one but I am looking forward to getting back into the classroom again.
The drawing sheets will continue again with the newsletters and the subject of this month's drawing sheet is, "what I did on my summer holidays."

This Month's Drawing - Seaside Summer Holiday
I was just remembering back to when I was in school and thinking about the first assignment that was given every year it seemed and that was to write about what I did on the summer holiday. So I have come up with a couple of easy to draw things that might help out the kids when they start to illustrate their stories.
Because going to the beach and the ocean are great highlights for me, I have put together a "Seaside Summer Holiday" page. If you have the Anyone Can Draw Primary book, students can add to their drawings by using the Castle drawings on page 2 or the Pirates pages starting on page 15.
Remember to have fun and to let your imagination run wild!
