Hello,

Happy New Year This newsletter is a bit behind as I was in Edmonton at McLeod Elementary as their resident artist. I had a great time with the teachers and students there and we drew some amazing pictures.

It was a great experience for me as this year I had the opportunity to experience winter. Edmonton received one of the largest amounts of snow in a very long time. For someone from the west coast of Canada it was a real experience of lots of snow and cold!

I will be finishing this month at Promontory Elementary, a school here in Chilliwack, and then I am looking forward to the month of February where I will be travelling back to Alberta and on to Nunavut for some teachers conferences.

I will have a vendor's table at the conferences so if you are attending any of them, please stop by to say hello!

This Month's Drawing - The Snow Plow

I was told last week that in the USA every state received snow except for Florida. With the changes in the global climate and weather systems it seems that everyone is getting some snow. So this month the drawing page is dedicated to those who plow the snow.

I have done something with this drawing page that I have not done before and that is to include both a 2D and 3D version of the same subject.
