Your New Drawing Tip is Here!
Father's Day
Hi,
When I think of June, I think of Father's Day, the beginning of summer and of course summer holidays. The drawing sheet for this month is centered on the Father's Day theme. Have your kids draw Dad or that special man in their life mowing the lawn or just relaxing at fishing!
A couple of months ago I mentioned filming had been finished for my educational drawing lessons on DVD. I have seen the "first draft" of the sessions and the film company, Remarkable Films has done a great job. I am working now with the graphic designers at eVision Media to finalise the artwork. I will be doing a screening this month at the school where the filming took place and the actors/students are very excited. I am hoping to have the products available in the fall for purchase and am very excited to be able to offer another tool for teachers to use in their classrooms.

This Month's Drawing - Father's Day
Teachers, you can use the ideas for decorations on cards or for ideas for summertime activities. With a few changes these drawings can be of the students themselves doing a couple of common summertime activities. I know you do not want to think about this yet, but these pictures can also be used when you return to school in the fall as ideas for "what did you do in the summer?"
